Committed to Neurodiverse Success

Our Mission

Autism Future is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering young adults on the autism spectrum through job training, mentorship, and career readiness programs focused on the healthcare industry. We prepare participants with the skills, confidence, and support needed to pursue meaningful careers, while also offering creative opportunities through a seasonal media internship track.

What we do?

Autism Future provides job training and career support for young adults on the autism spectrum, focusing on employment in the healthcare industry. Our programs teach practical skills like medical coding, patient support, data entry, and healthcare administration. Through partnerships with hospitals and healthcare professionals, we offer hands-on experience and mentorship to build confidence and workplace readiness. We also offer a Creative Careers Track, giving participants the chance to explore media and film production while gaining valuable technical skills. Our goal is to create inclusive career pathways and help neurodiverse individuals thrive in today’s workforce.
