Our mission

Autism Future is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering young adults on the autism spectrum through job training, mentorship, and career readiness programs focused on the healthcare industry. We prepare participants with the skills, confidence, and support needed to pursue meaningful careers, while also offering creative opportunities through a seasonal media internship track.

Autism with adults underemployed

National data indicates that the vast majority of adults with autism are either unemployed or underemployed, with estimates ranging to as high as 90%. Autism Future is working hard to lower that percentage quickly.
