We're dedicated to equipping individuals with Autism with the skills needed to thrive in the film industry. Our services encompass career exploration, job search support, placement, and coaching. We understand that employment is not just about work; it's a chance to be an active part of the community. This is why Autism Future envisions a future filled with boundless opportunities for individuals with Autism, achieved through partnerships with local businesses, trade schools, and universities.

Autism with adults underemployed

National data indicates that the vast majority of adults with autism are either unemployed or underemployed, with estimates ranging to as high as 90%. Autism Future is working hard to lower that percentage quickly.
