Zane Hubbard was born in San Francisco, California, and graduated from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore with a BA in English. When his daughter was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 2, he became an advocate for children with Autism, eventually creating the multi award-winning Amazon series Chronicles of Jessica Wu. His creative work earned him recognition as an Emmy-winning Producer and Author. Today, he leads Autism Future, an initiative dedicated to providing opportunities for individuals with Autism to work in the film industry.

Alongside his advocacy and creative achievements, Zane is the CEO of Winvestics, where he helps healthcare organizations achieve transformation through his Core 3 Method, a strategy that integrates Digital Transformation, Revenue Recovery, and Process Improvement. He is also pursuing his Six Sigma certifications with the goal of becoming a Master Black Belt, further reinforcing his expertise in guiding organizations toward measurable results.

Kimberley Hubbard, Autism Future Director of Finance and Board Member, is a former NYC business owner and has been in the Medical Coding Profession for more than 16 years.  Over the course of those years, she has been an Inpatient/Outpatient Coder, an Outpatient Project Manager for the largest Behavior Health Hospital in Maryland and an Interim Inpatient/Outpatient Coding Quality Manager for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.  As a DRG Validation Auditor, she has captured more than $72,000,000.00 in missed reimbursement for several hospitals and acute care facilities nationwide.  Kimberley received her BA from California State University, Sacramento and is a certified CCS, CDIP, CCDS, and a CPC.  In her spare time, she enjoys jogging, cooking vegan, and spending time with her husband, son, and autistic daughter.

Andre Williams is a native of Southern California (South Los Angeles). Yet had an eclectic upbringing in living in Los Angeles and attending School in the San Fernando Valley. Upon graduating He attend Long Beach State University from 1981-1983. From there he transitioned into the Motion Picture industry. A second generation film worker has spent the last 38 Years in the industry. 36 as a Lighting Technician ( IATSE Local 728). He has been a part numerous productions whether Television or Feature Films. Along the way he has worked with many Award winning Actors. Sharon Stone, Denzel Washington, Dustin Hoffman, Viola Davis, Octavia Spencer and others. He enjoys Traveling, Motor Sports, Fitness and writing Poetry.
