Autism Future, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is dedicated to preparing young adults on the autism spectrum for successful careers in the healthcare industry. Through hands-on job training, professional mentorship, and strategic partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers, we empower neurodiverse individuals to build essential skills and confidence needed for employment.

Founded with a passion for inclusion and impact, Autism Future bridges the gap between untapped talent and real opportunity. Our programs focus on developing core healthcare competencies such as patient support, medical coding, data entry, administration, and technology-enabled roles while fostering communication and career readiness.

We also offer a Creative Track, a seasonal internship opportunity for participants with a passion for media, storytelling, and behind-the-scenes film production. This track encourages self-expression, creativity, and exploration while honoring our original vision.
